nhCheckInstallPreReqs fails on project.max-shm-memory on Solaris 10

Issue/Introduction

Problem: 

Solarius 10 nhCheckInstallPreReqs fails with the following error even though the parameter has been set and verified: 

prctl: 3: No controllable process found in task, project, or zone.

FAIL ++ Parameter project.max-shm-memory is not set. Needs to be at least 4 GB

This occurs even after the 

Cause:

If there is no active processes in the given group the ptrctl command used by nhCheckInstallPreReqs fails.

Resolution: 

Log into the Solaris system in a separate window as the eHealth user and then go back to the original windows and rerun nhCheckInstallPreReqs
