Issue/Introduction

We are not getting computer uptime qos, disk qos and cpu nor memory qos from robots.

Environment

  • UIM 23.4 CU2
  • CDM 7.21

Resolution

Follow the below steps:

  1. Deactivate the CDM Probe
  2. Stop the Nimsoft Watcher Services from Services.msc
  3. Remove the cdm associated entries in plugin_metric.cfg and save.
  4. Start the Nimsoft Watcher Services
  5. Activate the CDM Probe
