We are not getting computer uptime qos, disk qos and cpu, nor memory qos from robots.
Follow the below steps:
Deactivate the CDM Probe
Stop the Nimsoft Watcher Services from Services.msc
Remove the cdm associated entries in plugin_metric.cfg and save.
Start the Nimsoft Watcher Services
Activate the CDM Probe
If QOS metrics are still missing or randomly collected or no metrics are being generated at all, try the cdm-8.01-T4-20250620.zip version.
Here is a brief explanation of the debug Test builds (T1–T4):
8.01-T1: Fixed an issue where CDM was sending alarms (e.g., paging/system load) even when those metrics were disabled in the MCS profile
8.01-T2: Investigated intermittent disk metric collection issues on Linux. This build disabled some scheduler logic for validation purposes—no fix was included.
8.01-T3: Added more logging to trace the scheduler logic and help identify the root cause.
8.01-T4: Implemented the actual fix for the intermittent disk collection issue.
We included all confirmed and validated fixes in the current CDM 8.02 GA version. The cdm T4 fix will be merged into cdm version 8.03, planned for July.
