Issue/Introduction
We are not getting computer uptime qos, disk qos and cpu nor memory qos from robots.
Resolution
Follow the below steps:
- Deactivate the CDM Probe
- Stop the Nimsoft Watcher Services from Services.msc
- Remove the cdm associated entries in plugin_metric.cfg and save.
- Start the Nimsoft Watcher Services
- Activate the CDM Probe
