• Applied license validity is Perpetual
• "'Upgrade Add-ons' operation is not suggested due to connected endpoints alarms" notification seen when attempting to upgrade Mgmt cluster add ons

Environment

• TCA: 2.3, 3.2, 3.3
• TCP: 5.0, 5.0.1

Cause

• Newly provisioned licenses are subscription based and allocated to CPUs on a per-core basis.
• Therefore TCA is unable to decode and apply newly provisioned perpetual licenses.

Resolution

Obtain a new per-socket / subscription license, from the Product team, with the aid of your Account team.
