File created by Deliver doesn't have PAGEDEF and FORMDEF attributes

Issue/Introduction

Although the Report Definitions Attributes in the OM Deliver panel shows a PAGEDEF and FORMDEF, when the files is capture by OM Spool those fields are empty.

Environment

SPOOL, DELIVER

Cause

The OM Deliver parameter OUTPUT was set to NO

Resolution

Set the parameter OUTPUT to YES in the RMOPARMS and recycle the OM Deliver started task.

Specifies whether the product processes OUTPUT JCL statements.
You must specify OUTPUT=NO if your release of the operating system does not support the OUTPUT JCL statement.
