Issue/Introduction
When running ADDRESS USS USSCMD OPS/REXX program ended with RC=56.
OPS3092O ERROR 41 RUNNING TEST, LINE *: BAD ARITHMETIC CONVERSION
Cause
No OPSUSS server was active as USSMIN parameter was set to 0.
Resolution
Set parameter USSMIN to 2 as this is the recommended value.
