OPS/MVS TOD rules firing on wrong Dates

Issue/Introduction

TOD Specs. like below are firing on wrong dates. 

2024/06/13 07:45,,,1                                                  
2024/07/13 07:45,31 DAYS,,2                                          
2024/09/13 07:45,,,1                                                    
2024/10/13 07:45,31 DAYS,,2                                          
2024/12/13 07:45,,,1                                                    

Cause

TOD rule does not have END Date and Time on the TOD specs that indicate 2 executions.  If OPS/MVS is stopped and started in between the 2 executions, the 1st execution is not retained, so the rules processor in OPS/MVS recalculates all the TOD specs everytime the rule is enabled and if the ending spec is not included for the spec that have 2 executions it still thinks another execution is needed.

Resolution

Change the TOD spec like below:
