"log_archive interface requires an environment configured for the logging subsystem" seen in VNM.OUT in Spectrum 24.3.2 and greater

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to 24.3.2 and greater we see the following the VNM.OUT.  It coincides with each Online Backup.

Environment

Version 24.3.2 and greater
Component: SpectroSERVER database

Cause

The SpectroSERVER database was upgraded in this Spectrum release and this log message is now visible.

Features and Enhancements 24.3.2

This release includes the following new features and enhancements:
Support for Berkeley DB 18.1.40

Resolution

We are working with Oracle to remove this message from being logged in a future release of Spectrum.  Until then, this message is benign and can be safely ignored.
