Unable to model Lansing devices using SNMPV3

Issue/Introduction

While trying to discover Lansing devices using SNMPV3, Spectrum fails to discover the device as a SNMPV3 managed device and discovers it as a pingable device.

Environment

DX NetOps Spectrum.

Cause

The device does not support special characters in the authentication password and privacy password.

Resolution

Remove the special characters (#, $) from the device authentication password and privacy password and rediscover the device.
