Issue/Introduction

Device removal process completes with no error, but the device is still present

Environment

10.1.x NCM

Cause

The device has scheduled jobs associated with it.

Resolution

• Check the job scheduler and remove any jobs associated with the device.
• After the jobs have been cleared
• Remove the device and verify that the device is no longer present in the topology.
