Tanzu Mission Control (TMC) Not Displaying Workload Clusters After Registering Supervisor Cluster

Issue/Introduction

When using Tanzu Mission Control Self-Managed 1.3 with VMware vCenter Server 8.0 U3, workload clusters do not appear under the "Workload Clusters" section after registering the Supervisor Cluster for management.

 

Environment

• VMware Tanzu Mission Control Self-Managed 1.3
• VMware vCenter Server 8.0 U3

Cause

Tanzu Mission Control Self-Managed 1.3 does not support VMware vCenter Server 8.0 U3. Support for vCenter Server 8.0 U3 was introduced in Tanzu Mission Control Self-Managed 1.4.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, upgrade Tanzu Mission Control Self-Managed to version 1.4.
