When attempting to add a user to the Anti-Spam group, you encounter the following error:
one or more of the addresses you have selected for this group are already selected as an alias. Please remove these aliases and try again

The added email address is an alias for another email address, you can't exclude any email address from Anti-Spam checks if it is an alias for another email address.
In order to remove aliases for a specific email addresses. User quarantine administrator needs to access to the Quarantine Portal and delete the link between these addresses.
Email Security Cloud Quarantine Portal > Manage Aliases.
