ESP: Unable to see the Company while raising a Document/Software Request

Issue/Introduction

Unable to see the Company while raising the Document/Software Request in the Engineering Support Portal (ESP).

Resolution

New Document Request

  1. The Company that is mapped does not have any Completed NDAs present.
  2. The Company that is mapped does not have the Division mapping done in the Company Management screen.
  3. The Company does not have at least one Active User mapped to it.
  4. Note for Sales Representatives: The Company is not configured in the Config Sales Rep screen for your account.

New Software Request

If you are not able to see the Company in the dropdown of the New Software Request, below could be the possible reasons for it:

  1. The Company does not have at least one completed SLA mapped to it.
  2. The Company does not have at least one Division mapping done in the Company Management screen.
  3. The Company does not have at least one Active User mapped to it.

Reach out to the BU Admins in order to update the missing information.
