Issue/Introduction

LDAP connectivity issues during LDAP sync or User Store connectivity when logging into the VIP SSP or My VIP through the VIP Enterprise Gateway IdP are displayed as numerical errors. 

Resolution

Error    Cause
-------------------
18870: Incorrect LDAP password
18505: User not found in LDAP or Not getting to LDAP
18474: invalid user
18475: Could not find LDAP object
18476: Firewall or security policy is blocking the MyVIP\SSP request. Can also happen when username is valid but password\credential is invalid.
18478: Could not bind to the directory server.
18530: error code is for an invalid radius request.
19428: LDAP timeout
