Non-Administrator Users do not see jobs in TDM Portal

Issue/Introduction

TDM Users accounts, that have not been granted Administrator access, are not able to see masking jobs that they have run.  Therefore, they don't know if the job completed successfully or failed.

Environment

TDM Portal 4.11

Resolution

This is fixed in TDM Portal 4.11.135.0. Non-admin user is now able to see the masking jobs.
