CEE3501S The Module RAIAPI was not found received running program

Environment

z/os DB2

Cause

The IBM LE CEE3501S message indicates that the Smart/RESTART RAIAPI module is not available during a dynamic call. If any program within the application is enabled with Smart/RESTART, the Smart/RESTART modules, including the RAIAPI  module, must be available through a standard MVS search.

Resolution

The STEPLIB or JOBLIB DD names must include Smart/RESTART load libraries
