Click on validate connection under Integrations>Account Types and check if the test connection is successful.
Go to Administration > Support Logs and check if we are able to see the latest logs getting generated.
Logs can also be checked using terminal under storage/log/vcops/log/adapters
Go to storage/log/vcops/log/adapters by using below command:k
cd /storage/log/vcops/log/adapters
If you do not see new adapter logs getting generated validate the status of CloudhealthAdapter under integrations and check if it is in warning status.
If it is in warning status please go ahead and restart the adapter under Integrations>Accounts.
After restarting the adapter get the latest logs .
Example log if issue gets resolved after restarting the adapter: >> UPDATE AGENT :: response status from CH -> 200!
Example error log:
If you see error like - Error in generating API key.
Check if the user is assigned to administrator user group.
Regenerate the API key for the user .
