Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

  • After Opening 3 new Work Orders (WO) and Assigning them in CCF,  option 3  DISPLAY -  Display assigned change requests gets the error:
No Outstanding Requests.

  • Trying to display the newly created WOs using CCF 8  REPORTS option 2 ASSIGNED -  Assigned requests, gets the same error:
No Outstanding Requests.

  • Using CCF 8  REPORTS option 3 LOGOUT -  Module logout, can see members have been logged out to the new Work Orders so know that the WOs are still out there.

Environment:

CA Librarian 4.4

Cause:

The CCF ADMIN option 8  CONVERSION table converts a TSO ID to a CCF ID which CCF then uses it in the selection criteria for reports and other requests.

When the Work Orders were created, the TSO ID of the manager was entered in the Manager field in the Work Order and not a CCF ID.

The converted ID did not match the ID specified in the WOs resulting in the error.

Resolution:

Delete the entries from the CCF ADMIN option 8  CONVERSION  - SYSUID CONVERSION TABLE
