Security policy requires passwords for service accounts be rotated from defaults before being placed into production.
The JCS on MS Windows and the JCS on the vApp have NO install password. The both are using a blank/NULL password.
Need to change these to a new password.
This can not be accomplished for JCS.

Vapp does not give needed access to the server_osgi_shared.xml file. Required L2 fix provided.
