VxRail upgrade task stuck running on SDDC manager while VxRail upgrade is actually complete

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• VxRail Upgrade from 7.x to 8.x has completed successfully on the vCenter.
• VxRail Manager interface showing correct version.
• The upgrade task on the SDDC manager UI have not failed and still running but does not appear to be updating anymore. 
• On the Workload Domain in the Certificates tab VxRail Manager status is on ERROR and appears disconnected.

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation on VxRail 5.x

Cause

The VxRail Manager certificate is not trusted in the SDDC manager preventing the connection to retrieve the status of the appliance.

Resolution

Add the VxRail Manager certificate to the SDDC Manager Trust Store: Add a Trusted Certificate to the SDDC Manager Trust Store

Once VxRail Manager status will appear as ACTIVE in the Workload wait a couple of seconds for the upgrade task to complete.
