ustat error ERROR - Unisrvcntr SCC parameter file ($AUTOSYS/csutils/config/assrvc.cfg)

Issue/Introduction

While performing ustat command, receiving the below error.

(<user>@<hostname>)-[/etc/init.d]  ustat 

ERROR - Unisrvcntr SCC parameter file ($AUTOSYS/csutils/config/assrvc.cfg)
        either missing or invalid.
        Please verify this file.

The unisrvcntr is working ok.

Environment

Autosys 12.x

Cause

User environment profiles were not being sourced correctly.

Resolution

make sure the /etc/profile.CA is being sourced properly by the user and that none of the values are being overwritten by sourced profiles after this is setup.

Note: Compare the env command between a working and non-working user to find the problem and work with the local system admin to correct.
