Unable to export metrics to PDF in Operator Console

Issue/Introduction

Currently we are having problem to export device metrics to PDF, keep getting error "Report Export Failed" like below:

Environment

UIM 23.4 CU2

component: Operator Console

Resolution

The environment was upgraded from 20.3->20.4->23.4->23.4.2 recently

Observed the same pdf export failure issue with exporting pdf report from PRD also in addition to the Metric viewer Portlet 

Also the Report scheduler page showed requested page cannot be found 

Redeploying uim_reportscheduler portlet resolved the Report Export Failed error in Metric viewer and PRD

Report schedules page is also populating correctly now
