Issue/Introduction

A recent certificate update was done and system has not worked properly (alternate names were not in certificate replacement but webview had been working for last week until 3 or so hours ago) since but this am it stopped working altogether.

Resolution

TeamCenter and APM Production is backup. The issue was that the keystore.jceks was changed which holds the encryption key/algorithm for the Postgres Database. The tess-db-cfg.xml was changed to Plaintext, the db password was added. It was re-encrypted, and now works fine.
