Locations switching back and forth with multiple hostname rules

Issue/Introduction

When a Location rule has multiple hostnames (above ~9) the timing becomes problematic and causes systems to switch back and forth between locations.

Cause

This is a known issue.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in the 14.3 RU10 version of the SEP client. The current target for that release is January-February, 2025.

An update to the SEP Client will be required to fix this issue.
