How can I access the Information Center and the "Ask Vaia" option
To enable the Clarity Information Center feature:
- Ensure you have the Administration - Feature Toggles – Navigate access right to access the Feature Toggles tile in Clarity Administration.
- Navigate to Clarity Administration and click Feature Toggles.
- Check the Enabled field for Global Header Help Icon for Information Center.
If this capability is toggled off, the Help will continue to be available only under the User Avatar as it did in previous versions. If this capability is toggled on, the new help icon will be available on every Clarity page.
