Triggering a workflow in Aria Operations from a webhook notification fails.

Issue/Introduction

We run actions on specific compliance alerts (refer to screenshots) but see a permission error when

we try to click the "RUN" button under the recommendation page.

A permission error is displayed when trying to execute a remediation action in Aria Operations from an alert.

"User does not have the privilege for the action. Disconnect all detachable devices from a running virtual machine"

Cause

this is a known issue, and product limitation that will be resolved in the next release of Aria Operations, version 8.18.2

Resolution

Currently there is no work around. The issue is resolved in Aria Operations 8.18.2

Additional Information

After patching Aria Operations, if the issue persists, check the latest analytics-....log for the following:

"User does not have the privilege for the action <the vRO action name here>"
