When we click on tickets on Xflow which doesn't have attachments, it redirects to the login screen as below:

In the incidentMS.log below errors are noted:
ERROR - 2024-11-12 15:16:18 [c.c.casm.actor.SdmDownloadFileActor] - Error doing download_file: Error : AHD11016:Failed to download the file 'test.png' (file does not exist).
ERROR - 2024-11-12 15:16:18 [c.c.c.a.helper.DownloadHelperActor] - Error downloading file: Error : AHD11016:Failed to download the file 'test.png' (file does not exist).
