In Xflow clicking on few tickets it is redirecting to login screen

Issue/Introduction

When we click on tickets on Xflow which doesn't have attachments, it redirects to the login screen as below:

Steps:

  1. Add an attachment  in xflow for any existing ticket
  2. Delete the attached attachment from the repository location
  3. Try to perform any operation in xflow

In the incidentMS.log below errors are noted:

ERROR - 2024-11-12 15:16:18 [c.c.casm.actor.SdmDownloadFileActor] - Error doing download_file: Error : AHD11016:Failed to download the file 'test.png' (file does not exist).
ERROR - 2024-11-12 15:16:18 [c.c.c.a.helper.DownloadHelperActor] - Error downloading file: Error : AHD11016:Failed to download the file 'test.png' (file does not exist).

Environment

CA Service Desk Manager 17.4

Resolution

The fix for the reported issue is part of 17.4 RU3.
