Issue/Introduction

EEM can be configured to use internal or external failover

Does IT Process Automation (ITPAM) 4.4 support or CA Service Desk Manager support EEM with external failover?

IT Process Automation (ITPAM) 4.3 and 4.4

CA Service Desk Manager 17.3 and 17.4

All Supported EEM versions

Resolution

Currently ITPAM and CA Service Desk Manager only supports internal EEM failover.

If external EEM failover is a requirement, this will need to be submitted as an enhancement request.
