Attempting transfer with xcomtcp.exe command from command line on XCOM for Windows 11.6 and see this message instead of a successful transfer:

typically means that the xcomtcp command line parameters have a syntax error and so they are not getting interpreted correctly.
In this case the minus sign "-
" was missing from in front of the "c1
" parameter i.e.
