What files are needed for CA Support to test the conversion of CA 7 r12.0 with the new CA Datacom/AD database?
After opening a new case in CA Support Online, please terse and FTP the following files to:
sftp://supportftp.ca.com/nnnnnnn/xxxxxxxx/files_from_customer (with nnnnnnn being your site id (with leading zeros) and xxxxxxxx being the case number (with leading zeros):
ARF backup file
VRM backup file
SASSBK00 output file
Install job AL2DCB20 in CAL2JCL can be used to obtain the first three files and the QDMP file is created by a DMPQ type shutdown of CA 7 r11.3.
