Nolio AIX agent not reporting and log showing JKS not found

Issue/Introduction

Agent on AIX is not reporting to the server.
The nolio_all.log shows
ERROR (com.nolio.platform.agent.DeployerLifecycle:496) - failed to start agent
java.lang.Error: Failed to create SSL contexts:JKS not found

Environment

Nolio Release Automation agent 6.8

Resolution

• Check the configuration files: wrapper.conf and nimi_config.xml and review the settings for the keystore files.
• Check that the user that runs the agent has permission to read the configured keystore files.
• In Unix and AIX, file names are case sensitive.
• Also environment variables and the location and version of Java may have an impact.
• The error has been observed when policy files have been missing in the java lib/security folder.
