Issue/Introduction

Incidents normally populate with data from LDAP and Script based lookups. Suddenly, the attributes are no longer populating within the incidents, or when looked up manually.

Environment

DLP 16.x

Cause

DLP Script lookups require a binary to execute the script. If this executable is deleted, moved, or removed, lookups will fail.

Resolution

Install the required scripting binary, for example, python.exe.

Update the script lookup to point to the updated binary needed for script lookups.
