Rally: Release Tracking Page Breakdown showing all stories as unparented

Issue/Introduction

On the Release Tracking page in the Breakdown view, no features are being shown and all user stories are displayed as unparented even though user stories do have feature parents in the release.  

Environment

Rally SaaS only - Does not apply to On Premise.   

Cause

The field that represents the lowest level portfolio item on the User Story is hidden for the affected project(s)/workspace.  

Resolution

Ensure that the field that represents the lowest level portfolio item (e.g. Feature) on the User Story is visible to all projects in the workspace.
