Searching for user names in Cloud SWG Portal are case sensitive not case insensitive which makes finding user accounts more difficult

Product defect was discoverd in Cloud SWG Portal user accounts searches where sometimes it was case sensitive.
Engineering has fixed the issue and username searches in Cloud SWG Portal can now can be performed regardless of case. (Upper or Lower case) The Cloud SWG Portal update has been deployed with fix for this issue.
Searches in Cloud SWG portal work even though it was case sensitive.
Example:
Searches for administrator names in the Cloud SWG Portal are case sensitive. For example, if there is a user "Bob Smith"/"[email protected]", a search for "bob" does not return a match but if you search for "Bob" it will return.
