TKGS transient login failures for workload_storage_management in Log insight

Issue/Introduction
Some days at 12 hour intervals you may see messages such as
"Cannot login [email protected]@<Supervisor IP address>
Environment
Vcenter 8.0 u2 with vSphere with Tanzu
Monitored by log insight
Cause
Every 12 hours workload_storage_management service account password is rotated.
You may see a login failure event happening because there is a small delay between when the password is rotated and when vsphere-csi-controller that uses the workload_storage_management service account starts consuming the update password.
Resolution
No action required
Additional Information
This can be mistaken for kb 345473: CSI: Correct sync between CSI pod secret and workload_storage_management user password in vSphere with Tanzu but the workload_storage_management user is unlocked and all vsphere-csi-controller pods are healthy.
