We are unable to open a probe in the Admin Console. Here is the ppm error:
Message: The probe provisioning service at probe address "/UIM_Domain/UIM_Hub/<hostname>/ppm" reported a failure.
Resolution: Please review the PPM probe logs and resolve any issues before continuing.
Error Code: MONS-025
You may also notice that the Primary hub (hub.exe) crashes and restarts as per the hub probe status / Windows events.
Please follow these steps to resolve the error:
On the hub-robot where <probe> is deployed
Rt-click and deactivate the ppm probe
Wait for the port and PID to disappear
Rt-click and delete the ppm probe
Make sure the ppm folder is deleted on the filesystem under ~\Nimsoft\probes\service\
Deploy the latest version of the ppm probe from the archive (Check to make sure the latest version of ppm has been deployed)
Deploy the mps probe to Primary hub robot
Clear the browser cache
Try opening the <probe> configuration again using the Admin Console and it should work.
