Broadcom API Gateway - "in and out must both be non-null" error when retrieving rest.wadl via Restman API

Issue/Introduction

Calling Restman API for the WADL file returns an error:

curl -v -k -u {adminuser}:{adminpass} https://<gateway>:8443/restman/1.0/rest.wadl

Response:

HTTP/2 500
