Issue/Introduction

March 31st, 2025, Migration of File Reputation Service will take place.

What is the potential or possible impact on our customers?

Generally, the new service is better. This will provide Content Analysis with better and more reliable ratings.

In the event that the Administrator fails to upgrade prior to March 31st, 2025, all files will start receiving 'unknown' feedback for all files submitted to the old File Reputation System after March 31st, 2025.

Failure to upgrade to Content Analysis 3.1.10 or later will result in the loss of File Reputation services.

Resolution

Upgrade to Content Analysis 3.1.10.1 or later by March 31st, 2025.
