Siteminder getting the 500 error after enabling the "Persist Claims to Session Store".

What should we do when we see this 500 error message in the after enabling the "Persist Claims to Session Store".

 

Environment

PS: ANY
OS: ANY

Cause

In the SMPS.log

Session Services is disabled

I still have to go through it completed I will update the status

Resolution

It will works after updating the WebAgent.conf with the plug-in library loading order.
