Failing to connect policy manager to the API gateway on Openshift

Issue/Introduction

The gateway is deployed on an openshift cluster using HELM. 

The following error occurs when trying to access the policy manager. 

Both the gateway container and the pm tagger container are running in healthy status and the logs doesn't show any issues.

Environment

API gateway 11.1 on Openshift

Resolution

This can occur when the wrong license file is used on the API Gateway. Install the required license file.
