We roll up all alarms into situations and ticket the sitruation. Using this method, all alarms contained in the situation have the same Service Now ticket number - group ticket.
Normally when the ticket is created , the Snow connector writes a header for the situation and a summary of each alarm contained in the situation.
This morning we had a situation with 8 alarms. When the Snow ticket was created, only one of the alarms was reflected in the description
