VMC on AWS - Mandatory HCX Cloud Manager Upgrade to Supported Version

Issue/Introduction

VMC on AWS subscribers may be unable to upgrade the Remote HCX Managers running in a VMC on AWS environment.  When checking the Administration->System Updates window of the Local HCX Manager, there is no option to download or upgrade the Remote HCX appliance operating in VMC on AWS.  VMC on AWS subscribers do not have access to upgrade the remote HCX Managers 

Environment

HCX Manager in a VMC on AWS environment

Cause

The current HCX Manager version operating in the VMC on AWS cloud is End of Life and no longer supported.  An Offline Upgrade is necessary to Upgrade to a supported version

Resolution

A Service Request will need created with the VMware by Broadcom VMC on AWS team to coordinate and schedule an upgrade to the HCX Manager in the VMC on AWS environment.
