Issue/Introduction

We have modeled a service in DX OI, which almost every day at dawn sees its health affected, but when we want to find out what is causing it we can't:

Resolution

Found that within the service hierarchy of <parent service> the child service named "VISITA" has a further child service called <child service> The <child service> service is experiencing issues because some devices have critical alarms related to it. This situation is causing the status of the parent service, <parent service> to be affected.
