Upgrading Primary hub (uimserver) from CU 4 to CU 11

Issue/Introduction

I currently have version 20.4.4 installed and I am going to install the CU11 fix.

I have already downloaded the two packages:

1. UIMSETUPSERVER

2. uimserverpackages

Please tell me how to install these two packages that I downloaded.

Resolution

Once you download the packages to the Primary hub, the uimserverpackages just sits there and its zip files are simply referenced by the installer.

Windows: Rt-click on the setupuimserver.exe and choose "Run as administrator"

You may find this guide helpful but upgrading to a higher CU 11 should be fairly easy.
