Unable to SSH to appliance(s) in VMware NSX

Issue/Introduction

SSH to NSX appliances (Managers/Edge nodes) using none local accounts fails.
SSH to NSX appliances using built in local accounts succeeds.

Environment

NSX 3.x 
NSX 4.x

Resolution

• This is expected behavior, only local users can SSH to NSX appliances, non-local users such as vIDM or LDAP are not able to SSH to appliances.
• Local users can be viewed in the manager under: System > Users and Roles > Local Users
