Embedded PostgresSQL database in CA WAAE DE 12.0 does not start

Issue/Introduction

Issue:

PostgreSQL 9.4.4 fails to start

Environment: 

Embedded PostgreSQL 9.4.4 installed with CA WADE 12.0  (dSeries Edition) on Unix/Linux

Cause:

PostgreSQL 9.4.4 did not start in a timely fashion, please see /opt/CA/WorkloadAutomation_R12/PostgreSQL/data/pg_log/startup.log for details

From this log file, Operating System file permissions are not properly set

2016-02-08 12:11:56 EST FATAL: data directory "/opt/CA/WorkloadAutomation_R12/PostgreSQL/data" has group or world access 
2016-02-08 12:11:56 EST DETAIL: Permissions should be u=rwx (0700). 

Resolution:

Change Uinix permissions on /opt/CA/WorkloadAutomation_R12/PostgreSQL/data from 755 to 700 

Command is: chmod 700 /opt/CA/WorkloadAutomation_R12/PostgreSQL/data

Additional Information:

Command to start PostgreSQL:  /etc/init.d/postgresql-9.4 start 

Command to stop PostgreSQL:  /etc/init.d/postgresql-9.4 stop
