Accessibility users are finding difficulty in locating "Add New" Button in Release Planning Page.

Rally is working on a new React-based version of the Release Planning page that will address this accessibility behaviour and other usability issues. The updates on the new Release planning will be shared in our communities and in the Rally Resource Center.
