Not able To Filter For OBS Units in Modern

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Modern > Projects
2. Configure the OBS field from the column flyout
3. Try to populate the OBS field.

Expected Results: Fetch OBS matching units
Actual Results: Fetch does not populate

Resolution

1. Create an OBS with units or use an existing OBS and associate the object.
2. Once the OBS association is performed, enable the API Attribute and have it start with obs_
in order for it to display in the Modern.
