Issue/Introduction

hyperv probe is not taking the port, PID & Address and gives the error message below:

Controller: Max. restarts reached for probe 'hyperv' (command = hyperv.exe)

 

Environment

UIM Any Version

Robot Any version

Cause

PPM (Probe Provisioning Manager) is not deployed on robot.

Resolution

Follow the below step:-

1.  Redeploy the java_jre 1.71

2.  Install the .net 3.5 on the server and restart the services.

3.  Deploy the PPM 3.24 probe

4.  Upgrade the hyperv probe from 2.20 to 3.10
