Issue/Introduction
Upload of the Sandboxing Windows image fails with the "Invalid request" error:
Environment
ISG MA application deployed on SSP
Cause
This is very generic error that could be caused by different issues
Resolution
- Make sure your ISG MA application is able to communicate with licensing servers.
- Confirm that Windows image you attempt to upload is supported
- If in doubt, you can export the image from working unit and transfer it to failing appliance:
