Rally: Error, "422 Weʼre sorry! An unexpected error has occurred." is displayed

Issue/Introduction

While using WSAPI to create or update a work item, Error, "422 Weʼre sorry! An unexpected error has occurred." is displayed.

Cause

The input WSAPI contains special characters that are not in UTF-8 standard character set.

Resolution

Update the special characters to UTF-8 standard characters or use escape characters to remove the special meaning of those characters so they can be accepted.
